General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

1. Scope of application

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all services provided by ProScenario.fr, represented by Alexandre Hoesli, self-employed. Services include: training, support, coaching, script consulting, and custom writing of scripts for films, series, advertisements and others.

2. Order

All orders are confirmed after validation of payment via our secure payment system. Stripe and scheduling the appointment via Calendly. The customer will receive a confirmation email with the details of their reservation.

3. Rates and payments

The prices of the services are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Payments are made online via Stripe in a secure manner.

4. Cancellation and refund

After validation of the reservation, no refund will be maderegardless of the reason for cancellation. We encourage our customers to check all details carefully before finalizing their booking.

5. Customer Obligations

The customer undertakes to provide accurate information at the time of booking and to keep to the scheduled appointments. In the event of late arrival or unannounced absence, the service will be deemed to have been carried out.

6. Confidentiality

All information exchanged during services is strictly confidential. Alexandre Hoesli undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the information shared.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
